University Hospital Heidelberg: survey on interprofessional cooperation between physicians and pharmacists

The Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacoepidemiology at the Heidelberg University Hospital uses a questionnaire to investigate aspects of interprofessional cooperation between physicians and pharmacists in ambulatory care.
The results are to provide information on which topics and how often physicians and pharmacists are currently exchanging information, the relationship between healthcare professionals and which aspects could support interprofessional exchange.
We would like to invite you to answer questions regarding your cooperation with other professionals.
The questionnaire can be accessed via the following link and can be completed online: https://www.surveymonkey.de/r/arztapotheker
Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. It will take a maximum of 20 minutes. The Ethics Commission of the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg has given its approval for this survey.
